    To support operational workflows and app functionality, abcrew may request access to certain device permissions only when required for specific features.

    1. Camera Permission

       The app may use the device camera for:

       • Uploading issue-related photos
       • Submitting proof of operational task completion
       • Uploading profile pictures

       Camera access is only used when users actively use camera-related features within the app.

    2. Storage & Media Access

       The app may request access to device storage and media for:

       • Selecting and uploading images/videos
       • Attaching files to tickets, audits, and reports
       • Accessing operational documents and media attachments

       abcrew does not access personal files or media unless users explicitly choose files for upload.

    3. Notification Access

       The app may send notifications related to:

       • Task reminders
       • Ticket updates
       • Operational announcements
       • Audit alerts
       • Workflow and compliance notifications

       Users can manage notification preferences through device settings.

    4. Location Access

       Where operationally required, the app may use approximate or precise location access for:

       • Store verification workflows
       • Location-based operational tasks
       • Employee/store check-ins
       • Outlet-specific activity tracking

       Location access is used only for operational functionality and with user permission.

    5. Operational Data Usage

       Information submitted through abcrew, including checklists, audits, tickets, reports, operational logs, and uploaded media, may be used internally by abcoffee for:

       • Operational monitoring
       • Compliance and audit purposes
       • Workflow management
       • Issue resolution
       • Performance tracking
       • Internal reporting and analytics

       abcoffee does not sell employee or operational data to third parties.

    6. Data Security & Retention

       Operational data may be retained for:
